Taster Classes
This class is a chance for you to have a play with clay, learn more about ceramics, and gain practical experience of hand building techniques. Your pieces will be fired and glazed for you to collect 1 month later.

Weekend Beginners Throwing Course
This two-day course provides a hands-on introduction to the basic skills of throwing on the potter's wheel. The first day begins with a demonstration and guidance on clay preparation and tools. For the rest of the day, you will be throwing on an electric wheel. Everyone has their own wheel for the course, which is limited to five students. On the second day you will be able to trim and decorate your pots ready for drying and then firing. Your pieces will be fired and glazed for you to collect 1 month later or can be posted to you via arrangement.
Each day a vegetarian lunch, tea/coffee will be provided.

6 Week Courses
This 6 week beginners and improvers course is a great way to learn and practice different hand building techniques, throwing on the wheel and glazing in a supportive and encouraging environment. All materials and firings are included.
